Logo digitizing
New embroidery logos require a one time $35 setup fee per different logo. Add New Logo Digitizing Fee once for each new logo, even when ordering multiple garments with that same logo. If the same logo is already digitized and on file with Raynedazzle, this fee is not needed. Ask us to check your file if you are unsure. Starter bundles include digitizing for the bundle logo.

Send your logo
After checkout, email your logo to [email protected] with your order number and business name. Send the clearest original artwork you have. If you are unsure whether your artwork is suitable for embroidery, contact us before ordering.

Production and delivery
The current shipping and delivery policy lists most custom orders at 7 to 10 business days after logo/design approval, plus shipping time. The order terms explain the payment, artwork, and approval requirements. For an event or specific deadline, confirm timing before purchasing. Applicable taxes and shipping are additional.
